A round-up of all the key information ahead of the big Berkshire derby on Good Friday.

02/04/26

Matchday Information: Slough Town v Maidenhead United
Enterprise National League South
Friday 3 April 2026 – Arbour Park
Kick-off: 3:00pm | Turnstiles open: 1:00pm

Slough Town return to Arbour Park this Good Friday for one of the standout fixtures of the season, as near neighbours Maidenhead United make the short trip for Berkshire’s biggest derby – the ‘SL Clásico’.

The Rebels go into the contest looking to complete the double over their local rivals, having produced a superb second-half turnaround in the reverse fixture on Boxing Day. After falling behind early on, ten-man Slough responded in emphatic fashion, scoring three times to secure a memorable 3-1 victory and spark jubilant scenes among the travelling support.

That result will add extra edge to Friday’s encounter, with Maidenhead sure to arrive determined to respond, while Scott Davies’ side will be eager to replicate the intensity and attacking quality that saw them take control of the previous meeting.

Derby fixtures rarely need added significance, but with pride, local bragging rights and a bumper Good Friday crowd expected, the stage is set for another electric occasion in SL2.

Supporters are encouraged to arrive early and play their part in what promises to be a fantastic atmosphere, as the Rebels look to make it another memorable chapter in this fiercely contested local rivalry.
