Our Girls Academy (u13-u18) pathway provides a structured and ambitious environment for young female players, focusing on both football development and personal growth. Our teams compete in the Junior Premier League (JPL) as part of their core games programme, alongside regular friendlies against professional club academies to challenge and inspire our players. Training takes place at Arbour Park Stadium, the home of Slough Town FC, where girls receive up to two high-quality sessions per week with our qualified coaching staff.
Each age group is supported with a tailored approach, ensuring that players develop the technical, tactical, physical, and social skills appropriate for their stage of development. Our aim is to build confident, skilled, and resilient footballers while fostering ambition, teamwork, and character. By providing this holistic environment, we strive to prepare our players not only for progression through the academy but also for success both on and off the pitch.
