The Slough Town Supporters Trust is proud to once again partner with local charity Slough Homeless Our Concern (SHOC) for this year’s sponsored walk, taking place on Saturday 11 April 2026.
This popular annual event plays a vital role in supporting the local community, with all funds raised split equally between SHOC and the Slough Town Supporters Trust.
SHOC provides essential support for people experiencing homelessness in Slough, as well as those at risk of becoming homeless. Operating as a day centre, the charity delivers both immediate crisis care and long-term, transformational support, helping individuals move towards independence and stability.
Event Details
Distance: Approximately 13 miles
Start Time: 09:00
Finish: Arbour Park
Route: Following the scenic Jubilee River, heading towards Taplow Lake
The walk offers a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a scenic route while raising money for two important causes at the heart of the Slough Town community.
