Slough Town Football Club is delighted to introduce a brand-new Neurodivergent Walking Football session, starting on Monday 13th April at Arbour Park.

Following the success of the club’s Parkinson’s football sessions last year, this new initiative expands the club’s community offering to support individuals living with a wide range of neurological conditions, including dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease, and brain injuries.

The sessions are designed to be relaxed, inclusive, and enjoyable, with a focus on improving mobility, reducing social isolation, and enhancing both physical and mental wellbeing. Participants can engage at their own pace in a friendly and supportive environment.

Carers are warmly welcomed to attend, whether that’s getting involved in the session or making use of the café facilities on site.

Sessions will take place every Monday from 12pm to 1pm (excluding Bank Holidays) and are completely free of charge.

Session Details:
Location: Arbour Park, SL2 5AY
Time: Mondays (excluding Bank Holidays), 12pm–1pm (starting Monday 13th April)
Cost: Free
