Slough Town Football Club is delighted to confirm that Johnny Goddard has committed to the Rebels for the 2026/27 season.
The experienced forward remains a hugely important part of the squad heading into the new campaign, bringing quality, creativity and leadership both on and off the pitch as Alan Julian shapes his squad for the season ahead.
Now 32, Goddard has become a key figure at Arbour Park and has made 169 appearances for the club to date, scoring 33 goals in amber and blue.
Last season once again demonstrated his ability to deliver in the biggest moments. Goddard scored five times across the campaign, including a dramatic last-gasp equaliser in the thrilling 3-3 draw against Salisbury at Arbour Park, a last-minute penalty winner in the 3-2 victory over AFC Totton, and the stoppage-time goal against Ebbsfleet United which secured the points in a 2-0 home win.
His composure, experience and knack for producing decisive moments continue to make him a vital player for the Rebels, and everyone at the club is looking forward to seeing Johnny create many more magic moments in a Slough Town shirt during the 2026/27 season.
