Slough Town Football Club is delighted to confirm that Tarik Gidaree has committed to the Rebels for the 2026/27 season.
The 23-year-old attacking full-back will remain at Arbour Park after an impressive first campaign with the club, adding further pace, energy and versatility to Alan Julian’s squad heading into the new season.
Gidaree joined Slough Town in May 2025 after spells with AFC Bournemouth’s academy, Harrow Borough, Lincoln Red Imps and Hendon, arriving with a strong pedigree and plenty of potential.
Tarik quickly became an important player during his debut season in amber and blue, making 39 appearances and scoring three goals while consistently showing his attacking quality from wide areas.
He opened his account for the club in the home victory over Ebbsfleet United before producing one of his standout performances of the season away at Hampton & Richmond Borough, scoring twice in an excellent 3-2 victory.
Primarily operating at right-back or right wing-back, Tarik also demonstrated his versatility by filling in on the left when required. His pace, power and ability to contribute in both defensive and attacking situations made him an important asset throughout the campaign.
Still only 23, everyone at the club is excited to see Tarik continue his development and build on a very encouraging first season as he prepares for the 2026/27 campaign.
