Ground Update

Just a brief note to keep everybody updated with regard to the new ground. There have been some personnel changes at Paradigm Housing (the developer of the site) and at Slough Borough Council which together with the summer months have led to some delays.

However, Heads of Agreement (pre legal agreement, which lists major points) have been prepared by Slough Borough Council and will be sent to ourselves and Paradigm Housing early next week. These will then be discussed and agreed with all the parties.

Paradigm Housing have already commenced discussions with both prospective contractors and professional advisors who may be involved with the final development. Following these discussions Paradigm will take the scheme to their main Board for final approval. This meeting is scheduled for December.

All parties should then be in a position to finally get things moving and start preparing the full planning application.
