Arbour Vale Ground Update
Chairman Steve Easterbrook updates supporters on the latest developments on the new ground.
Just a brief note to keep everybody informed with regard to the progress of the proposed new ground.
Whilst it may seem slow, I can advise that the scheme is moving forwards in a diligent and professional manner. Heads of Agreement (pre legal agreement) have been agreed in principal and the scheme has been provisionally approved by Paradigm’s Board (the developer).
The next step is for Paradigm to conduct their initial feasibility surveys which includes tree, traffic and topographical surveys. I can confirm that these are currently being undertaken and should be completed this month. Paradigm are also currently in discussions with potential planning consultants.
Further meetings are scheduled to take place at the end of June and start of July.
