Slough Town have been handed an away tie against fellow Zamaretto Central division side Marlow in the first round of the Berks & Bucks Senior Invitation Cup.
The Rebels overcame Marlow at the quarter-final stage last season by a scoreline of 2-1, with the goals coming from former players Paul Edgeworth and Elliot Buchanan, before losing out narrowly to Wycombe Wanderers in the semi-final at Holloways Park.
The trophy was first competed for in the 1878/1879 season when Reading were the winners. Last season Maidenhead United claimed the trophy after beating Wycombe 3-2 after extra time in the final at Marlow.
The match is scheduled to take place in the week commencing 15th October 2010. The winners will have a home quarter-final against Maidenhead United.
