2012/13 league fixture list released

Slough will begin their Southern League Division One Central campaign at home against Northwood on Saturday 18 August after the fixture lists were released to clubs this morning.

Steve Bateman's side are in for a tough start as, after facing a Northwood side which finished just outside the playoff places last season, a midweek trip to Guildford City, the champions of the Combined Counties Premier Division, awaits.

The following Monday, on Summer Bank Holiday, Slough have their home game against landlords Beaconsfield SYCOB, who of course defeated Slough in the playoff semi-final in May. Things get no easier as a trip to Uxbridge, who finished fourth last term, follows.

The Boxing Day game is at home against Burnham, with the return fixture on Easter Monday. The return fixture against Beaconsfield is on New Year's Day.

Slough's final away fixture is at North Greenford United on Saturday 20 April, and the Rebels will round off their campaign with a home match against Chertsey Town the following Saturday.
