Slough Town are delighted to confirm that Jaiden Drakes-Thomas will remain at Arbour Park for the 2026/27 season.
The 21-year-old enjoyed an impressive first campaign with the Rebels following his arrival in May 2025, making 53 appearances in all competitions and scoring nine goals.
Drakes-Thomas finished the season as the club’s leading goalscorer, claiming the Golden Boot after the departure of Wiktor Makowski, and produced several memorable moments throughout the campaign.
Among his standout contributions was the winning goal away at eventual National League South play-off winners Hornchurch, another decisive strike in the victory at Maidstone United, and perhaps most notably, the dramatic stoppage-time winner against Enfield Town in the Emirates FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round.
With Slough trailing 2-1 heading into the closing stages, the Rebels staged a remarkable comeback at Arbour Park to secure a place in the First Round Proper, with Drakes-Thomas firing home deep into stoppage time to complete a thrilling 3-2 victory.
After becoming an important part of Scott Davies’ side during the 2025/26 season, Drakes-Thomas will continue with the Rebels under the management of Alan Julian heading into the new campaign.
Everyone at Slough Town is delighted that Jaiden will remain at the club for the 2026/27 season.
