Slough start life in the Southern Premier division with a trip to local rivals Burnham where former Beaconsfield SYCOB manager Gary Meakin has taken over the Blue's reigns this summer bringing many of his former squad and coaching staff with him.

Slough's last victory over Burnham came in the 2012/13 season at Holloways Park where goals from Danny Burnell and Ed Smith gave the Rebels a two goal margin, that same season Burnham went on to gain promotion from the Southern League Central Division.

Ahead of this weekends fixture joint manager Neill Baker detailed the squad:

"Well Premier league football is finally upon us, and we start with the short trip to Burnham, in what will no doubt be a competitive game.

We go into the game with 5 missing, Adam Foulser (Knee), Warren Harris (Knee), Luke Knight (suspended and groin), Eddie Smith (suspended) and Sean Fraser (away with work), however we still have a strong 16 man squad making the trip to the Gore.

Squad will be from:

Jake Somerville, Tom Moran, Ryan Parsons, Guy Hollis, Reece Yorke, Ben Edwards, Jake Parsons, Alex Witham, James Dobson, George Short, George Frith, James McClurg, Johnnie Dyer, Darryl Thomas, Scott Harris and Adam Cornell.

Seb Castello will be going out on loan and will dual sign with both Badshot Lea and Ascot United to get games."
