93 mins) Jacko tips over a back post free kick. Corner comes in and flicked on from the near post and put wide just as the final whistle blows.

92 mins) Bubb replaced by Attrell.

91 mins) Jordan replaced by Gumbs for Slough. Rightfully given an ovation for his performance.

Handball in the box and Taunton get a penalty. Groves slots in under Jackson.

89 mins) Home heads are down and Slough still look the more dangerous side hitting Taunton on the counter attack. The home side clearly feel the match has been lost.

87 mins) Sub for the home side as Ansell is replaced by Dave Anthony.

86 mins) Slough fans have been in good voice all afternoon and with good reason. The back line for Slough, Harper and Fenton in particular, have been outstanding today.

84 mins) Jordan takes it past three and bends one round the defender into the top corner. Great strike and what a way to open your Rebels account. It's hard to tell who has the ten men and it seems Taunton seems to bring out the best of Slough given our win here last year.

79 mins) Slough's front three link up well to create an opening for Jordan, but he can't get the ball out from under his feet and it is a weak finish which Cooper is able to claim easily.

76 mins) Tails are up now for the home side. Shaun Anthony finds a bit of space outside the Slough box but lashes his shot wide.

75 mins) Back post cross goes over Gray and Charlie Welch finishes well under Jackson. Makes for an interesting final fifteen minutes.

72 mins) Jacko brought into action as a clearance from a corner is blocked and Slough stood still. High shot at the near post was deflected over by the keeper. The corner is flicked on at the near post and across the face of goal, but agonisingly wide of the far post.

68 mins) Groves fires over from 25 yards. Attendance here today is 220. Back to the earlier penalty, Bubb was caught, but might have been a soft decision. We're not complaining as it would certainly even up the debatable first half dismissal of Evans.

Back to the game, Platt is put in down the right hand side channel and centres to Jordan but the centre forward is offside.

65 mins) Shaun Anthony coming on for Stuart Nelson for the home side. Taunton are beginning to press forwards, but aren't forcing Jacko into saves.

62 mins) Jacko claims a high cross into the box and jumps over Fenton to get the ball. As the pair land, Jacko, erm, humps Fenton for a little bit before the pair return to standing. Fenton clearly enjoyed it from the smile on his face...

60 mins) Penalty to Slough. Bubb fouled in the box. Harper slams in the penalty with authority high and central. Cooper got a touch to it, but nothing was stopping that one. 0-2.

58 mins) Groves booked for a foul on Rids after losing possession near his own box. Free kick from Slough into the side netting by Gray, just the wrong side of the post.

54 mins) Brown plays in Jordan through the middle and his shot is saved by a mix of Cooper and a defender, but Platt is following in and is first to the rebound to prod into the unguarded net.

51 mins) Groves spoken to by the referee for his continued use of teh arm when challenging for aerial balls as he catches Brown again, but no booking.

48 mins) Free kick into the box is met low by Riddell at the near post and flicks up across goal and onto the bar before being cleared.

46 mins) Gray on for Roberts at half time for Slough. Rebels force the first chance of the half as Jordan breaks down the right channel. His chipped cross is a bit high for Bubb whose acrobatic volley is comfortably over.

Half Time: Slough playing well enough but can't get that extra second to get a shot away. Even with ten men, it is hard to tell the difference between the two sides on a first half showing, but fitness will be key in the second half.

45 mins) Jordan receives the ball in space in the middle but another last ditch challenge sees the ball cleared for a corner which is cleared.

44 mins) High free kick into the box from Fenton once again causes problems for Cooper as he is challenged by Harper and only a last ditch challenge prevents Slough sticking the ball in to an empty net.

Taunton break and force the first save from Jacko for a corner which is cleared away by Slough.

40 mins) Taunton force a corner but Slough clear and counter. Jordan plays in Platt on the right and cuts in to bring a good save from Cooper and a sliding defender to deflect the ball over. Corner comes to nothing.

37 mins) Still 0-0. Slough just had a spell of good attacking play with Bubb and Jordan linking but neither side is getting a shot away at the others goal at the moment. At least it has stopped raining....

31 mins) Jacko completely misses a corner and Brown heads off the line. Both sides are niggling now as Rawlins goes in hard and high on Harper. The defender is only booked.

29 mins) Newby booked for a lunge on Brown.

26 mins) High ball into the box causes chaos but Slough cannot force the ball in. The rain has eased off slightly as I type but the already unstable pitch won't be playing any easier now.

23 mins) Jason Burt can't continue and is replaced by Ben Newby as the rain thrashes down in Taunton.

15 mins) Both team struggling to control the ball on a bumpy Wordsworth Drive pitch. Luke Evans sent off for Slough for a bad challenge. Not sure if it was worthy of a red or not, but the fact remains he's gone. Uphill struggle for Slough now.

14 mins) Taunton starting to look a bit more dangerous but without troubling Jacko as yet. They are finding some room down the wings and moving players around well.

10 mins) Nearly an own goal from Nelson as a series of crosses into the box were cleared, but Nelson puts a header just wide of his own back post.

8 mins) Bit of glory comes to the head of Nelson who runs into a bit of space but fires well wide.

4 mins) Free kick comes in across the box to Ansell at the back post, but he wasn't expecting it and fires wide.

2 mins) Platt brings a save from Cooper early on after a few bobbles in the box. Corner is met by the head of Jordan but wide enough not to worry Cooper.

Game kicks off a little late at Taunton, but we're underway. Slough coach was held up in the traffic and didn't arrive until 2.20 but Slough looking lively.
