Slough recruit experienced defensive duo
Jon Underwood and Neil Baker are delighted to add two defensive players to the squad ahead of the 2016/17 season.
We are delighted to announce two further signings who will add significant experience and quality to our defensive ranks.
Firstly centre back Mark Nisbet joins from Maidenhead where he has been a loyal servant for 10 years, clocking up over 300 appearances in that time as well as captaining their side for a number of seasons. He has had a lot of interest locally at this level and we are delighted he has chosen to join Slough.
Our second signing is left back Paul Stonehouse from Oxford City who brings a wealth of higher level experience having played over 150 Conference National games. 'Stoney' had two separate loan spells with us last season and impressed everyone, making 11 appearances in total with seven of those being wins for the Rebels.
