Ryan Case joined Slough Town in 2024 as Elite Development Squad Coach and has quickly become a key figure within the club’s football development structure.Following an impressive first season at the club, Ryan was appointed First Team Coach in the summer of 2025 before taking on the additional role of Head of Academy in March 2026.
Working across both the senior and academy setup, Ryan has played a major role in strengthening the professional phase and ensuring a clear pathway for young players progressing through the football club.
As Head of Academy, Ryan oversees the club’s development programme from Under-7 through to Under-19 level, ensuring a consistent coaching and playing philosophy across all age groups while also supporting coaches through continued professional development.
With the backing of A23 Football Group, Ryan has helped place the academy at the centre of the club’s long-term vision, contributing to continued growth across both the male and female pathways.
Known for his professionalism, organisation and attention to detail, Ryan remains an integral part of Alan Julian’s backroom staff while continuing to drive standards throughout the academy programme.
