Ben Mulley

Bio

Ben Mulley was appointed as Slough Town’s Community Football Development Officer in February 2025, taking on a key role in strengthening the club’s connection with its local community.

A familiar face at Arbour Park, Ben is a product of the Slough Town academy. He joined the club’s full-time programme at the age of 16, combining his football development with studies at Cox Green School before progressing to Bucks New University, where he studied Strength & Conditioning while continuing to train full-time with the club’s A23 programme.

During his time in the pathway, Ben played an important role in the success of the Under-23s, demonstrating the commitment and professionalism that have shaped his journey in the game. Alongside his development off the pitch, he has continued his playing career in non-league football, contributing to Marlow’s promotion success before moving on to Hanworth Villa.

Ben began building his coaching experience with Maidenhead United’s ‘Magpies in the Community’ programme, where he developed a passion for using football as a tool to engage, inspire and support young people.

In his role at Slough Town, Ben is responsible for delivering and expanding the club’s community initiatives. This includes leading school-based sessions, developing holiday camps, and working with local partners to broaden the club’s reach and impact across Slough and the surrounding areas. His work is central to enhancing the club’s presence within the community while creating meaningful opportunities through football.

Having come through the Slough Town pathway himself, Ben brings a genuine understanding of the club’s values and the power of football to make a positive difference.
