Barry Moore

Bio

Barry Moore joined Slough Town as Assistant Manager alongside new Men’s First Team Manager Steve McKimm in October 2026.

Moore has a long-standing working relationship with McKimm and has worked alongside him at several clubs, forming part of the management team during some of McKimm’s most successful periods.

The pair worked together at Tonbridge Angels, where McKimm spent eight years as manager and guided the club to promotion to the National League South in 2019.

Moore subsequently worked with McKimm at Carshalton Athletic before joining him at Cray Valley Paper Mills.

During their time together at Cray Valley, the management team guided the Millers to the Isthmian League South East Division title in 2023/24, while also leading the club on a memorable FA Cup run which included a 1-1 draw away to League One Charlton Athletic.

Moore remained alongside McKimm at Cray Valley until their departure from the club in February 2026.

He now reunites with McKimm at Arbour Park as part of the Club’s new Men’s First Team management team.
