Mark Watson

Bio

Mark Watson joined Slough Town as First Team Coach alongside new Men’s First Team Manager Steve McKimm and Assistant Manager Barry Moore in October 2026.

Watson has previously worked closely with McKimm and Moore, forming part of the coaching team during their successful spell at Cray Valley Paper Mills.

The trio worked together from McKimm’s appointment at Cray Valley in 2023, helping the club to one of the most successful periods in its history.

In 2023/24, Cray Valley won the Isthmian League South East Division title with 95 points, losing just one league match, and reached the FA Cup First Round. Their cup run included a 1-1 draw away to League One Charlton Athletic before a replay.

The following season, Cray Valley finished fourth in the Isthmian Premier Division and reached the play-offs.

Watson remained part of McKimm’s coaching team until the management group departed Cray Valley in February 2026.

He now joins McKimm and Moore at Arbour Park as part of Slough Town’s new Men’s First Team management team.
