About Delroy

Keeper who progressed through the reserve side at Slough before breaking into the first team.

Made an apperance against Plymouth in front of the Match Of The Day cameras at Wexham Park. Despite a fantastic save in the second half, could not prevent the Rebels from crashing out by 2-0.

A flamboyant character both on and off the pitch. He became the first player to win a 'Boardroom Pass' in Star Striker for a game in which he was also a sub goalkeeper.

Delroy joined from Northampton Town, and worked as a sports coach at Arsenal. In the 94-95 season, he won a Suburban League Division North champion's medal. Now that the reserves are in the new Premier Division of that league he may become a busier player than last season when he found it rather hard to occupy his time while his strikers were busy at the other end.
