Playoff hopes damaged by Leighton defeat
Rebels suffer a second defeat in five days to ensure the race for the final playoff spot will go into the final week of the season.
Ben Abbey's goal was mere consolation as Slough were defeated at Bell Close.
Danny Burnell dragged a first-half penalty wide, which proved costly as Leighton's Ben Gallant slotted home a spot-kick to give the hosts the lead.
Leighton extended their lead in the second half with an own goal from Steve Perkins and an Alex O'Brien strike, before substitute Abbey's reply.
