About Luke

'Knighty' was a new addition to the Rebels for the 2014/2015 season having joined the club from Barton Rovers.

Luke came to the attention of the management when he was in the Biggleswade Town side which was promoted the season before last, but he really excelled last season and impressed Neil Baker and Jon Underwood every time they saw him. It was no surprise that a number of sides were interested in the summer of 2014.

He has a great work rate, which is something Baker and Underwood look for in midfield, and does not take any prisoners. He can also pop up with goals from midfield.

Knight left the club in January 2015 to seek regular first team football at St Ives Town, having made 22 appearances for the Rebels.

Previous clubs include Biggleswade Town, Kettering Town and Barton Rovers.
