Slough Town manager Steve Bateman has today added to his squad, while also receiving a boost with the news of a key player deciding to stay at the club.
Right-back Simon Sweeney joins the club from Hemel Hempstead Town. Sweeney has also played for Chesham and AFC Wimbledon. The defender created history when he moved from Chesham to AFC Wimbledon, becoming the first AFC Wimbledon player to be signed for a transfer fee.
Both Andrew Iwediuno and David Iwediuno also join the Rebels squad. They both came through the Youth system at Stevenage Borough and are seen as great prospects for the future. Andrew is a left-back whilst David is a forward.
Forward Tyron Sealey also joins the club. Tyron is also a former Stevenage youth player who has Conference South experience with Maidenhead United. He has also played for Hitchin Town and Harrow Borough.
All four players will be in the squad for tomorrow's clash with AFC Totton.
Meanwhile top-scorer Matthew Platt has also given the club a major boost by rejecting a move to local rivals Windsor & Eton after an initial approach last week.
