Timetable for submission announced
Slough Town Football Club and their development partner Paradigm Housing Group are delighted to announce that a timetable for the submission of a full planning application for a new stadium for Slough Town Football Club and a substantial number of much needed affordable family homes on the former Arbour Vale School site in Stoke Road and adjoining land has been prepared.
Both parties are working in partnership towards the submission of the requisite planning application in the next 4 months.
Steve Easterbrook, Chairman of Slough Town Football Club, is looking forward to the Rebels again being able to play and be supported in the town where they belong in the 2012/2013 season.
Kumar Sivakumaran (Managing Director of Development Delivery at Paradigm Housing Group) is excited about the prospect of managing the building programme for the stadium along with the affordable housing. This is an innovative development which when completed will result in community benefits including enhanced sporting facilities for both the community and St. Joseph’s School along with vibrant modern housing.
