Two More Points

Slough Town are racing away with the honours in their selection of the MidWeek Floodlit League, and on Monday they picked up another brace of points when Marlow visited the Stadium and the 400 fans who braved the bitter wind saw a one-sided game in which Marlow were not in the same class as the Rebels.

With the wind to help them in the first half Marlow withstood the Slough attacks and no goals were on the score chart at the interval.

In the second half Ritchie beat Seary in the 55th minute with a scrambled goal, and in the 72nd minute from a free kick Hill headed home after Ritchie had headed against the crossbar.
