Bio

Joe Morrison joined Slough Town ahead of the 2026/27 season following a successful spell with Gosport Borough.

A commanding and physical central defender, Morrison built a reputation as one of the Southern League Premier South’s most reliable performers.

Having started his footballing journey with Woking, he gained senior experience with Egham Town, Walton Casuals and Hartley Wintney before establishing himself as a key player at Beaconsfield Town.

He moved to Gosport Borough in December 2023 and quickly became an important member of the side. During the 2025/26 season, Morrison made 36 appearances and scored three goals, with his consistently impressive displays earning him the club’s Supporters’ Player of the Season award.

Known for his strength, aerial ability and commitment, Morrison brings experience and leadership to the Slough Town defence.

He joined the Rebels in the summer of 2026 as the club prepared for another National League South campaign.
