About Sean

A loyal and versatile servant to Slough Town, Sean Fraser enjoyed a decade-long spell with the Rebels after originally joining the club under Steve Bateman in August 2012.

Equally comfortable at right back or in central midfield, Fraser became a permanent fixture during the managerial reign of Neil Baker and Jon Underwood and established himself as one of the club’s most dependable performers. His consistency, professionalism and adaptability made him a key figure throughout one of the most successful periods in the club’s modern history.

During his ten seasons at Slough, Fraser helped the Rebels achieve promotion to the Southern League Premier Division in 2013/14 and promotion to the National League South in 2017/18. He also played his part in two memorable runs to the Second Round of the FA Cup and was a member of the side that lifted the Berks & Bucks FA Senior Cup in 2018/19.

Fraser made 368 appearances for the club, scoring five goals, a tally that places him eighth on Slough Town's all-time appearance list. His outstanding service was recognised with the Managers' Young Player of the Season award in 2013/14 and the Kevin McGoldrick Special Award in 2017/18.

Prior to joining Slough Town, Fraser had spells with Falkirk, Coventry City, Marlow and Banbury United.

After departing Arbour Park in May 2022, Fraser continued his playing career with Beaconsfield Town, Bracknell Town and Ascot United before bringing the curtain down on his career. His retirement marks the end of a playing journey spanning well over a decade, with his place among Slough Town's greatest servants firmly secured.
