About Dan

Dan Roth joined Slough Town in the summer of 2024 and has quickly established himself as an important part of the squad thanks to his versatility, reliability and energy.

A former student at the club’s partner school, Cox Green, Roth also spent time with Academy23 — now Slough Town’s Elite Development Squad — before moving to the United States to attend Mars Hill University in North Carolina. During his time there, he captained the university side and helped the team reach conference finals and tournaments in both seasons.

After returning to England, Roth featured for Binfield and Beaconsfield Town before making the move to Arbour Park.

Equally comfortable in midfield or at right back, Dan became a vital figure during the 2025/26 campaign as the Rebels battled through an injury crisis. His performances and consistency earned him the club’s Manager’s Player of the Season award for 2025/26.
